Despite his conviction that demonic possession is just so much superstitious mumbo jumbo, Catholic priest-in-training Michael Kovak (Colin O’Donoghue) journeys to Rome to attend a special exorcism school being taught at the Vatican. Before long, true-believer Father Lucas (Anthony Hopkins) introduces the young cleric to the devil’s power firsthand. Director Mikael Håfström helms this graphic supernatural thriller inspired by a true story.

Then the stuff gets into the wrong hands, and Herbert and Dan must stop this man from his evil plan.

Based on a story by novelist Stephen King, this Heartland-set chiller stars Tim Matheson as high school teacher Jim Norman, who returns to his quiet hometown only to find himself haunted by malign spirits spawned by a tragedy from his childhood. With his students expiring — and ghouls of thugs past showing up in their place — Norman realizes the horror won’t stop until he sends his tormentors back to their graves, or further.

A couple move into an old house and discover a hideous creature – the man’s half-brother (and his wife’s former lover) – hiding upstairs. Having lost his earthly body to three demons, the man’s been brought back to life by a drop of blood on the floor. Soon, he’s forcing his former mistress to bring him human sacrifices to complete his body.
I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997)

The summer before college, four teens on their way home from a competition’s after-party accidentally hit a stranger with their car. Assuming the man is dead, and afraid of what will happen to them if they call the police, they decide to dump his body in the water. Fast forward one year and each of them are receiving notes stating “I know what you did last summer”, its not long before people start dying in this movie slightly based on the novel “I Know What You Did Last Summer” by Lois Duncan.

The Ruins (2008)

The film follows four American friends on vacation in Cancún, Mexico. They meet a German tourist and he persuades them to join his hunt for his younger brother, Henrich, last seen headed off with a girl to some ruins she and her archaeological dig group are working on. The four soon regret their impulsive decision after they find the group missing, and the locals won’t allow them to leave. Based on the novel by Scott B. Smith.
