News April 21st, 2010 ShockTillYouDrop and BloodyDisgusting are both reporting that Friday The 13th: Part 2 is officially dead, and will NOT be made. Their source? A post on Brad Fuller's official twitter page. BD checked in with Fuller and he said "Right now there is no movement on Friday 13th: Part 2." Hopefully the ball will get rolling...eventually. December 10th , 2009 Warner Bros. has removed Friday The 13th 2 from their release calendar, and is now listed as TBA. October 1st, 2009 Warner Bros. has announced that August 13th, 2010 (a Friday) is the release date for the sequel to the reboot.   Current Rumors Taking place during the winter Official Trailer will be attached to the remake of A Nightmare On Elm Street Damian Shannon and Mark Swift, writers of Freddy Vs. Jason, Friday The 13th 2009, are slated to write this sequel. Will be in 3D due to the new 3D craze. Or maybe they will save this for the 3D film and mimic the original series.
